Yiprel Privacy Policy
The controller, the HongDong street, and 2026-10-07
This Privacy Policy is the notice for Yiprel on Google Play for Android. It records how Hongdong County Dongyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. treats personal records that actually reach it, and how files that never leave the handset are handled on the device you unlock. The controller is Hongdong County Dongyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. The street is HongDong County, DaHuaiShu Town South Ying Village 13 Group No.0955. Privacy mail goes to itchieusebickshank@gmail.com. The effective date is 2026-10-07.
Yiprel is written for a person who is already 18. A minor must not use it. Anyone who has not turned eighteen is outside the audience this package was built to serve. If a grown reader writes to the mailbox named above, we treat that letter as the channel for the rights set out later in this notice.
This page is meant to stay consistent with the Google Play Data safety form for Yiprel on what is collected, what is shared, why a record is processed, and which of those practices is required and which is optional.
What Yiprel does on a Google Play handset
Yiprel is an Android package distributed on Google Play. A grown reader keeps a private evening-walk lookbook on the unlocked phone: a typed remark about the colour of a pavement after rain, a still of a lamp post at the corner, or a portrait taken while the lead catches a street light. Those pictures and remarks sit in a walk file on that handset. They are not a public gallery and they are not a feed other people can open.
A kennel name you type, or a portrait you attach as a face for that name, is a local label on the walk file. You store Tuesday's loop or Wednesday's loop under that kennel label without a sign-in, because the lookbook already lives on the phone you unlock.
Saving a still or a spoken remark does not charge you. This Google Play listing does not sell a digital good, a subscription, or a paid catalog inside the package. The lookbook you keep is part of the install.
Walk files on the handset and letters that arrive
Personal records in Yiprel come from two places. Most of them never leave the phone. A much smaller set reaches us only when you choose to write.
On the handset, a walk file can hold a still you just took, a still you picked through the Android photo picker, a spoken walk note, a typed kennel name, and working caches the package keeps while you flip between last night's loop and tonight's loop. Photos stay on the phone as those stills. Microphone audio stays on the phone as those spoken notes. App activity stays on the phone as those working caches. Those stills, spoken notes, and caches stay on the handset. We do not take a copy of them.
The only personal records we receive are letters you send to itchieusebickshank@gmail.com. A letter might ask what we hold, ask us to fix a line, or tell us a minor used the phone. Until you write, we have no mailbox file about your walk lookbook.
Yiprel does not read an advertising identifier, an AAID, or any Android advertising identifier. The package has no reason to call for one: stills and spoken notes stay in the walk file, and the only outbound request is the legal-page request described below.
We do not sell personal information or personal data connected with Yiprel. If you want to opt out of selling or to send a do-not-sell request, email itchieusebickshank@gmail.com. That mailbox method stands even though no sale takes place.
What happens the moment you tap Camera or Microphone
Camera starts only after you tap a capture control. The tap is the trigger. A still of a wet pavement, a lamp post, or a leash-light portrait is then written into the walk file on the phone. Camera does not keep running after you leave the capture screen, and that use is not in the background. It does not keep watching the street after you leave the capture screen. The package stores a still, not a video clip.
If you would rather attach a picture you already have, the Android photo picker opens after you tap that control. The chosen still stays in the same walk file. It is not sent to us.
Microphone starts only after you tap a record control. The tap is the trigger. A spoken note about a crossing, a windy corner, or the dog's pace is stored in the walk file. Microphone is not in the background. It does not keep listening after you stop the recording.
You revoke Camera or Microphone in Android Settings for this package. After you revoke Camera, new stills stop; typed kennel names and spoken notes you already stored remain usable. After you revoke Microphone, new spoken notes stop; stills and typed lines remain usable. Other local text features keep working in both cases.
Why we process letters and host records when the GDPR applies
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies in the EU and the EEA. For readers there, the following points are the legal bases for the limited processing that actually occurs. We do not invent further grounds.
When the GDPR applies, performance of a contract is the legal basis for returning this privacy policy, the terms of use, and the children's notice after you open those links, and for answering a letter that asks us to honour a right those texts describe.
When we read a letter so we can answer a privacy request, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling that mail. If a court or a regulator requires us to keep or disclose a mailbox letter, legal obligation is the legal basis for that correspondence.
When the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent only for the Camera or Microphone tap on the handset. You may withdraw that consent in Android Settings. Stills and spoken notes stay on the phone, so withdrawing consent stops a new capture; it does not require us to delete a file we never received.
A reader in the EU or the EEA may lodge a complaint. That letter goes to a supervisory authority in the EEA Member State of residence, of work, or of the alleged infringement.
Data Protection Officer contact on this mailbox
There is no separately named Data Protection Officer. Letters that would go to that function use itchieusebickshank@gmail.com, the same mailbox as the rest of this notice.
Opening a legal page and writing to the mailbox
Disclosure is described by the scene that actually moves a copy, not by a list of vendors the product never used.
A hosting provider writes HTTPS server logs when a Yiprel reader requests the hosted privacy policy, terms of use, or children's notice. After the request, the host returns the opened text and retains those logs only for that delivery. That is the only outbound HTTPS path the package makes. Personal information is not sent abroad except that request to the host. After the page is returned, we do not receive your walk file, your kennel label, or your spoken note as part of that request.
When you write to itchieusebickshank@gmail.com, the letter itself is disclosed to the people who read that mailbox so they can answer.
A walk file does not travel in either scene. A lamp-post still, a spoken crossing note, and a kennel name stay on the handset you unlock.
How long walk files, letters, and those logs remain
Retention follows a single clock from first write to last wipe.
A still, a spoken note, a kennel label, and the working caches in a walk file remain on the phone from the moment you save them until you uninstall Yiprel or clear this package's storage in Android Settings. We never receive those files, so we have no remote copy to purge on a numbered schedule.
Those logs remain with the host for the period the host needs to operate the request and then follow the host's own deletion cycle. We do not publish a false numbered purge clock for a system we do not operate.
A mailbox letter remains while we need it to answer you. If we mention a clock, staff try to close a matched letter inside 15 business days. When the request is finished and no legal obligation requires us to keep the correspondence, we delete that letter.
Because there is no hosted account, there is no account-deletion flow and no account page to close. Uninstall or a storage clear is how a walk file ends. A letter we actually received ends by a mailbox request to the address above.
Standalone correction, then erasure, a portable file, and inspection
Write to itchieusebickshank@gmail.com for every request in this chapter. We match a letter to the mailbox item we hold. We cannot correct, erase, or export a walk file we never received.
You may request correction, also called rectification, if personal information in a letter we hold is inaccurate. The same mailbox request covers personal data that is incomplete. In the letter, say which line is wrong and what should replace it. That right stands on its own; it is not a word buried in a list.
After correction, you may ask us to delete a letter we still hold. If a legal obligation requires us to keep a short record of that correspondence, we will say so when we reply.
You may then ask for a portable copy of a letter we still hold, sent back to the same mailbox in a form you can keep.
You may also ask us to say what, if anything, we hold about you. For walk files, the honest answer is that they sit on your phone until you clear them. For letters, we will describe the mailbox items we can find.
If a Camera or Microphone tap was the only consent in play, withdraw it in Android Settings as already described. That withdrawal stops a new capture on the handset.
Staff limits on letters that reached us
Security talk here is short, because most of the lookbook never reaches us. Walk files stay on the phone you control. We do not store those stills or spoken notes on our systems.
For letters that do arrive, access is limited to people who need the mailbox to answer a request. We do not claim any system is fully secure. If you think a letter was mishandled, write to itchieusebickshank@gmail.com and we will look at the mailbox item we actually hold.
The host applies its own transport and access controls to those logs. We do not add a second story about a store we do not run.
Minimal addenda for California, Virginia, and the EEA
These notes stay short. They do not repeat the chapters above.
A California resident has rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). You may email itchieusebickshank@gmail.com and ask us to confirm whether we collect or share personal information about you, or you may request a report of what a mailbox letter already contains. Yiprel does not share personal information for advertising. We do not sell personal information. The same mailbox is how you opt out of selling or send a do-not-sell request.
A Virginia resident has rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). Targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and profiling do not apply to Yiprel, because the package does not run those activities. The mailbox named above remains the method to refuse a sale or to opt out of selling.
For a reader in the EU or the EEA, the GDPR chapter above already names the legal bases, the right to lodge a complaint, and the Data Protection Officer mailbox. Nothing in this short addendum adds a further ground or a further recipient.
Who this walk lookbook is written for
Yiprel is for people who are 18 or older. Minors must not use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a letter came from a child, we delete the mailbox item we actually received and we do not keep writing to that address about the lookbook.
Yiprel is not designed for children, is not marketed to children, and is not aimed or directed at children. The Play listing, the in-app screens, and the walk-file tools speak to an adult who already walks a dog in the evening. Yiprel has no child-focused features. It does not collect children's sensitive identifiers or biometric data.
A parent or guardian may email itchieusebickshank@gmail.com to request access, deletion, and stopping processing of children's information we actually received.
Clearing storage or uninstalling Yiprel removes walk files on that handset. A letter we hold is handled through the mailbox in the sentence above, not through a children's screen inside the package.
When a later dated edition takes effect
If this Privacy Policy changes, we post the new text with a later date. The edition that is shown in the package on a given day is the edition that applies to use after that date. We do not keep a separate mailing list for notices, because Yiprel has no hosted account to mail. Opening the in-app legal link is how you see the current wording, including this page, the terms of use, and the children's notice.
Questions about a later edition go to itchieusebickshank@gmail.com.
